Since 2018, Lynn has been working as Marketing and Communications Consultant to the Archive of Market and Social Research (AMSR). Since 2018, Lynn has been working with Silver Travel Advisor as Head of Partnerships. This award-winning travel advisory and review website focusses entirely on the over 50s and is the voice of the mature travel market for the industry.
Head of Marketing for brands Ramblers Walking Holidays and Adagio, 2012 -2018. Managed departmental team and responsible for strategic planning and campaign delivery including research, advertising (offline and online). PR, promotions, events, brand development, website, e-marketing and social media.
For specialist AITO tour operator Sunvil Holidays, 2015-2016, completed marketing audit and prepared marketing plan recommendations.
As Marketing Manager, Chelsea Physic Garden, 2012-2014, developed and delivered strategic marketing plan, including press, PR and brand proposition, new website and e-marketing for visitors, membership, special events and venue hire.
For the direct sell brand Archers Direct & Avalon Waterways, over 2010-2012, copy writing for client travel magazine and e-newsletters.
For independent travel agent Real Holidays, Islington, reviewed and planned marketing & PR strategy (2011-2012).
Having completed feasibility study, was appointed by Lambeth Palace Library to project manage 400th Anniversary summer 2010 exhibition, including planning and delivery of exhibition with security, ticketing, interpretation, marketing and communications, merchandise and visitor services.
For St Paul's Cathedral in 2008, commissioned to assess market potential for proposed new visitor spaces and exhibitions, and to research and write marketing strategy to meet audience development and visitor targets.
For Vinopolis on London's Bankside - strategic planning project followed by on-going consultancy role from 2004 until 2006, including marketing planning and implementation including brand strategy and management, travel trade campaign, consumer advertising, PR, website development, visitor research and product development.
Launch in 2005 of leading domestic Indian airline, Jet Airways, into UK market with inaugural international scheduled service from London Heathrow.
For Thinktank Science Museum, Birmingham, initial consultancy project in 2005, followed by 3 year assignment managing delivery of marketing and development programme for the museum and Millennium Point venue.
As Consultant to Somerset House Trust, prepared foundation HLF market analysis, marketing and development strategy in 1999. Followed by 7 year assignment, managing brand, marketing and development programme for the venue and its programme of exhibitions and activities.
